Location stands out. Close to the Gold Souq and a bus stop nearby makes it easy to explore. Clean rooms added to the comfort, but there were significant noise issues. Loud thumping from a restaurant below kept me up until 4 am. Breakfast left much to be desired. No cold milk for cereals, and the food variety was limited. I encountered some very unfriendly staff at reception, who seemed unhelpful when I raised concerns. The hotel could improve on basic amenities, like better breakfast choices and soundproofing the rooms. Overall, a decent place for sightseeing but not ideal for relaxation.

My stay was marred by constant noise from nearby bars and clubs, making it impossible to relax. The air conditioning was barely functional and could not be adjusted. Upon entering the room, I also found the bathroom to be in a disgusting state, with stained fixtures that desperately needed maintenance.

I had a lovely stay at Claridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to various shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the reasonable pricing, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
